Ancient Architecture Salvage Hand Carved Chiseled Stone Palace Tile Turkish Framed

Hand-carved/chiseled stone tile from a palace near Damascus Turkey which was demolished. In a floral pattern. The tag on back states it is from a building facade built circa 1400 AD. This architectural salvage piece is enclosed in a beautifully crafted frame made of dark wood, possible mahogany or walnut wood. It is a heavy piece weighing approximately 5.5 pounds. The stone tile measures 6.75" x 6.75". Frame measures 11" x 11". In overall great condition for its age with some chips and cracks to the stone. Overall still holding its shape and beauty. I estimate the piece was framed over 30 years ago base on the age of frame and paper sticker (it could be longer). Most likely a piece acquired by a collector during travels. It would make a great display piece of ancient history from the Ottoman Empire's architectural period.
