Vintage Italian landscape painting of poppy field with rolling hills in the background and villa/farmhouse by artist Silvestri Ivano (Italian, b. 1939). Oil paint on wood board. Signed on lower right corner, Silvestri. Measures 14" x 18". In overall great condition. Some loss of paint around edges and back has sticky residue from old framing job.
Back of painting has information in Italian. Text on back reads:

Awards and rewards, gold medals, cups, etc. They wrote about him: La Nazione, II Telegrafo, II Secolo XIX, II Corriere Mercantile, etc. Critics have written: Roberto Micheloni, Lamberto Verita, Enzo Biso, Pagani. And registered in the catalogs: II Quadrato, II Centauro, Arti e Scienze di Genova, Arte Mercato Internazionale, Bolaffi Arte in progress.
